Yes. We sign NDAs before any sensitive project discussion on request. We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Non-disclosure agreements are provided at no cost and signed before any detailed scoping begins.

We include unlimited revisions during the build phase to ensure the system matches your requirements exactly. Every project also includes a 30-day post-launch window for fixes and adjustments. We do not consider a project closed until you are fully satisfied.

Our Foundation plan starts at €800 for a standard automation or chatbot deployment. The Growth plan at €2,200 covers more complex multi-system builds. The Enterprise plan at €4,500+ is for full custom AI development. We also offer custom fixed-price quotes for unique projects. All pricing is transparent with no hidden costs.

It depends on the system. Most automations and chatbots do incur small third-party tool costs (n8n cloud, Make, OpenAI API usage) which vary based on volume. We're always transparent about these before the project starts. Our plan fees are one-time project fees unless you choose an ongoing retainer.

Yes. For projects over €1,500, we typically split into 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger projects, we can structure milestone-based payments. We'll discuss the right structure during the discovery call.

A standard AI chatbot deployment starts at €800 on our Foundation plan. This covers scoping, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and 30 days of post-launch support. More complex chatbots with multi-channel deployment (WhatsApp, web, Instagram), CRM integration, and custom training start at €2,200 on the Growth plan.

Yes. We're based in Belgium and operate fully within EU data regulations. All systems we build are GDPR-compliant by design. Data stays within the EU unless you specifically request otherwise. We sign data processing agreements (DPAs) with all clients on request.

Every project includes a post-launch support window of 30 days. During this time, we monitor performance, fix any issues, and make minor adjustments at no extra cost. After that, we offer monthly retainer packages for ongoing optimization, new feature development, or support. Most of our clients stay on retainer.

Yes. On final payment, full ownership of the code, workflows, and systems transfers to you. We provide complete documentation. You're free to maintain it, modify it, or hand it to another developer at any time. No lock-in.
