What We Built
PropertyPulse is a mobile app built for a Belgian real estate agency managing 300+ active listings. It replaces spreadsheet-based matching with an AI that learns from every interaction.
How It Works
- Behavioral Learning: the system tracks browsing patterns, not just saved preferences. If a buyer keeps viewing 2-bedroom apartments near parks but listed “3 bedrooms,” the algorithm adapts.
- Instant Match Alerts: new listings matching a buyer’s profile trigger a push notification within 60 seconds of publishing.
- One-Tap Viewing: buyers request a viewing directly from the notification. The agent gets a calendar invite with buyer context attached.
- Neighborhood Intelligence: each listing includes walkability scores, commute times, nearby schools, and price trend data from public APIs.
- Agent Dashboard: real-time view of buyer activity, match scores, and viewing conversion rates per listing.
Results
Match accuracy reached 94% within 6 weeks. Manual matching time dropped from 3+ hours per agent per day to near zero. Average time from listing to first viewing request: 4 hours, down from 3 days.
