What We Built
FieldFlow Pro is a mobile app built for a Belgian HVAC company with 12 field technicians. It replaced their paper workflow entirely.

- Smart Job Board: daily schedule with job details, customer history, and required parts. Dispatchers assign with drag-and-drop.
- Route Optimization: calculates fastest routes across all daily jobs, accounting for traffic and appointment windows. Saves 40+ minutes per technician per day.
- Digital Work Orders: document work with photos, notes, and completion checklists directly on the phone. Office sees everything in real time.
- One-Tap Invoicing: generate a professional invoice, charge via Stripe, and update accounting in one tap. No more week-end invoice batches.
- Live Customer Updates: automated SMS when the technician is en route, with ETA and a tracking link.
